Live Training, Seminars, and CEU's

The PREMIER Body Method offers a variety of both live in-person, and live online zoom courses and seminars to doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, athletic trainers, strengthening conditioning coaches, personal trainers, and physical educators. PBM is board certified as a continuing education provider (CEU’s) for both the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the California State Board of Chiropractic Examiners. CEU’s are provided to all DC’s and NASM certified specialists at all of our respective seminars and courses.

These courses and seminars are designed to introduce The PREMIER Body Method, its concepts, training techniques, and strategies used with some of the top athletes in the world, as well as some of the most physically debilitated persons. Several key concepts regarding the human body and how it physically works will be discussed. It covers the fundamentals of human movement mechanics, and the practical application of those mechanics for exercise, sports training technique, and the real world.

There are 5 main seminars we provide: the PBM-NASM 4 hour Introductory Course (Module 1), the PBM-NASM 4 hour Level 1 Training Lab (Module 2), the PBM-NASM 4 hour Level 2 Training Lab (Module 3), the PBM-NASM 4 hour Level 3 Training Lab (Module 4), and the PBM-DC 12 hour Master Seminar.
