The PREMIER Body Method offers a variety of both live in-person, and live online zoom courses and seminars to doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, athletic trainers, strengthening conditioning coaches, personal trainers, and physical educators. PBM is board certified as a continuing education provider (CEU’s) for both the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the California State Board of Chiropractic Examiners. CEU’s are provided to all DC’s and NASM certified specialists at all of our respective seminars and courses.
These courses and seminars are designed to introduce The PREMIER Body Method, its concepts, training techniques, and strategies used with some of the top athletes in the world, as well as some of the most physically debilitated persons. Several key concepts regarding the human body and how it physically works will be discussed. It covers the fundamentals of human movement mechanics, and the practical application of those mechanics for exercise, sports training technique, and the real world.
There are 5 main seminars we provide: the PBM-NASM 4 hour Introductory Course (Module 1), the PBM-NASM 4 hour Level 1 Training Lab (Module 2), the PBM-NASM 4 hour Level 2 Training Lab (Module 3), the PBM-NASM 4 hour Level 3 Training Lab (Module 4), and the PBM-DC 12 hour Master Seminar. Customized seminars and courses can be made available upon request for corporate entities, athletic organizations, and/or other smaller groups.
It is recommended one dresses appropriately in gym style attire for ease in participation.

NASM – Module 1 – PBM Introductory Course (0.4 CEUs NASM Approved)
This is a live online zoom seminar course designed to introduce the Premier Body Method, its concepts, and training strategies to high level strength and conditioning professionals, personal trainers, and sports medicine professionals. In this course we will cover the details of how the human physical body works, both scientifically and practically, in terms of movement mechanics and their relationship to injury prevention, performance training results, and real-world functional ability. This course will give you a whole new understanding of the human physical body, connecting the dots of what you already know, and filling in all the blanks of what you haven’t learned yet.
NASM – Module 2 – PBM Level 1 Training Lab (0.4 CEUs NASM Approved)
This is a live online zoom seminar course designed to continue the advanced concepts taught in the Premier Body Method Introductory Course (Module 1) in a practical lab format. We will be going through the actual PBM level 1 Training Program, exercise by exercise, training technique by training technique, as we look at the fundamentals of how the human physical body functions. This course includes the detailed inner workings of course stability, spinal structure and stability, a detailed look at human posture and its relationship to human movement, injury development, performance, and physical/functional ability.
NASM – Module 3 – PBM Level 2 Training Lab (0.4 CEUs NASM Approved)
This is a live online zoom seminar course designed to continue the advanced concepts taught in the PBM Introductory and Level 1 Courses (Modules 1 & 2) in a practical lab format. We will be going through the actual PBM Level 2 Training Program, exercise by exercise, training technique by training technique, as we look at the large gross scale movement mechanics of the human body. This course includes the detailed inner workings of hip hinging mechanics, pulling mechanics, and pressing mechanics, as well as more advanced core, spinal, and functional mechanics in relation to injury prevention, sports performance, and physical ability.
NASM – Module 4 – PBM Level 3 Training Lab (0.4 CEUs NASM Approved)
This is a live online zoom seminar course designed to continue the advanced concepts taught in the PBM introductory, Level 1, and Level 2 courses (Modules 1, 2, & 3) in a practical lab format. We will be going through the actual PBM Level 3 Training Program, exercise by exercise, training technique by training technique, as we look at higher level exercise, strength and conditioning, and sports performance training. We will teach you how to achieve high level training results while dramatically reducing injury risk.
DC – PBM 12 Hour Master Course (12 hour DC-CEUs Board Approved)
This is a live both in-person and online zoom seminar course designed to introduce all the components of the PBM rehabilitative and functional training program geared specifically for the DC and PT audience. This course offers all the scientific and practical training of the NSAM courses Modules 1-4, with a more in-depth look and the injury and pathology side of thing in relation to rehabilitative care. This is a wealth of information to pack into 12 hours, but it is a lot of fun!
